Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Innovise.ai’s Services.Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.Attempt to disrupt our Services or gain unauthorized access.Use AI-generated responses in misleading or deceptive ways.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and proprietary software related to Innovise.ai are

owned by the company

and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Innovise.ai provides its Services on an "as-is" basis. We are

not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

resulting from the use of our AI tools, including but not limited to data loss, missed business opportunities, or operational disruptions.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovise.ai operates.

7. 7. 30 Day Results Guarantee Terms

8. Our Results Guarantee is designed to ensure that businesses that fully commit to the process see real, measurable growth. However, because this is a custom-built AI Growth Infrastructure, we require active participation to ensure the system is fully integrated and optimized for success.

To qualify for our Results Guarantee & Refund Policy, the following conditions must be met:

(1)Full AI Growth Infrastructure Integration – Your AI system must be fully built, implemented, and running in your business. This includes lead generation, AI follow-ups, automation workflows, and CRM integration.

(2)Active Participation in Strategic Calls – You must attend at least three (3) strategic calls within the first 30 days to ensure proper execution, optimization, and best practices for success. These calls are critical in aligning the AI system to your business goals.

(3)Timely Response to Support & Optimization Emails – To drive results, our team will be actively monitoring and optimizing your AI Growth Infrastructure. You must respond to emails from our team within 24 hours to ensure timely adjustments and implementation.

(4)Access & Credentials for Business Applications – For seamless integration, you must provide us with necessary access and credentials to your business applications (CRM, communication tools, website, social media handles, etc.) within 24 hours of our request to prevent delays in your system setup.

(5)Completion of Onboarding Call – Your initial onboarding call must be attended and fully completed. This step ensures we customize the AI system to fit your exact business needs and growth objectives.

If all the above conditions are met and your business is not in a clear position to scale within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the software and your monthly subscription. However, the one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable, as this covers the time and resources invested into fully integrating and customizing your AI Growth Infrastructure for success.
